I spent 12 years with this organization and can say for sure. I have not seen any other organization offering better job satisfaction than Optum.

Optum IT Service Desk Leaders spend more time in politics, than focusing on the customers and the service delivery. (especially the leaders from Philippines.) The directors , sr. Directors and vice president have no idea what is really going on with their teams. They are least worried about the employee satisfaction, carrer pathing.All they do is just spend time in saving their jobs, and throwing others under the bus to save themselves. Feel Ashamed to even call them leaders. Do not join ITSD Team in Optum. Rest of the organization is pretty cool....Read More
