WLB: Good in my case, no work on weekends, minimal overtime work, The Manager was really good, humble, and supportive, no definite punching time, one needs to show up for a minimum 5hrs per day in the office for 2 days per week. But the WLB is team, project, and manager dependent entirely, one of my colleagues was into some salesforce support project, and WLB was horrible.

Job Security: They can fire you anytime without completing the notice period even if you are in a project billed or unbilled. So, Basically the worst job security. There are people who have been on the bench for as long as 6 months. When the company is not doing good, there will be calls from the upper management to the manager to forcefully put some people on PIP, and thereafter they will fire you in the name of performance issues. Quality of Work and flexibility in choosing a project: It all depends on luck. People who already have certain skillsets and tech stack knowledge are being allocated to a project with entirely different tech stacks and if he/she complains, HR calls him and immediately asks him to forcefully resign. And for Freshers who are hired, they randomly allocate them to any training without asking about their preferences and skillsets. For Ex: Someone well-versed in development is allocated to QA training so there is no flexibility in choosing or changing the training track. Promotion and Appraisal: Yearly appraisals are there but that is just peanuts, the better thing is to switch the company. Salary: Similar to other WITCH companies. Freshers who are hired are given salaries according to their college or coding skills. The starting salary is around 4.75, 7.5, or 9lpa. Majority of them are hired at lower salaries and then exploited to the core. The amount of work is almost similar for different salaries offered. The senior employees of the company are the most lifeless beings in the organization, sad and addicted to cigarettes, and alcohol. 1) If your project gets over, you need to find your next project. RM is present but they don't put any effort. If you are not able to get onto a project in 3 months, due to any reason, you are asked to leave. 2) If you are not a sycophant and don't bootlick/flatter your manager/superior, don't expect any performance raise. 3) DirectProject managers/Heads may speak to you once or twice a year. All feedback is got from project leads or Work managers. So you need to be a yes-man/woman and accept everything that the lead /work manager says if you want positive feedback. 4) KRA's will be assigned to you (which cannot be measured quantitatively) so even if you feel that you have done good throughout the year, you will be appraised wrongly and will not get a proper raise. There may not be any appraisal meeting as well, and an appraisal for you will be just submitting a form electronically. 5) If you need anything from Finance, HR, Operations departments, be prepared to send several emails and do exhaustive follow up, as they just do not reply. You will be lucky if you get a reply in 2-3 weeks. 6) If you are on board a Customer project, be prepared to stretch for 13-14 hours (and more) if your Customer is in PST time zone. 7) A lot of back-biting is present. Your peers and immediate seniors will smile on your face but may speak negative about you when asked for a feedback during the performance appraisal (happens a lot across projects). 8) If you have leaves, don't expect that you will be able to take one easily as your project manager will try his/her best to dissuade you from taking leave, when you want, citing billing as an issue. 9) Don't expect anything to learn apart from your regular project work. You won't get the time to upgrade your knowledge and learn anything new. 10) You will be working mostly on legacy projects as projects working with newer technologies are very few....Read More

A very nice employee-oriented organization with good peoples and team. Every 18 months, you will get promotions here(depends on your performance and grade as well). Nothing as of now, a good company. Just one thing like they will deduct around 40k for food expenses(company provided lunch and snacks) from your CTC. So if your job demands WFH option then 40k would be wasted as you don't have the option to opt out of the food expenses.

Extremely worst job security. I was informed that my onboarding process was completed after my 2 rounds of technical interview. Later after offer letter and joining the company, manager called me to meet personally and told that client round was still pending. This was done by the managers so that I can let go of my existing offer from HCL and Hexaware so that their urgent need of resources can be filled. I had to work harder to clear that surprise client interview round which I did. My father was admitted with serious condition and doctor gave up on him and medical bills were piling up and this game was played with me by persistent management. After client round that I cleaed, the managers had no clue whether the project will be continued for 3 months or not. Fhey were telling me that don't think that ahead. Also they did some dirty office politics and removed me from the project lead position despite my best performance and appreciation from client. Trust me this company sucks and no job security whatsoever. You can be assigned with extremely short term projects and also bench period is one month only. I am being totally honest in this review. I have worked for 1 year now and successfully completed project that lasted only 8 months. This was not informed to us prior and hidden many important things such as pending client rounds and other. No transperancy and scamming their very own employees. Be aware. No job security. Be aware....Read More

Not many things to like, the short term project was good but the leadership was not capable enough to maintain it. Cafeteria is okay

Dislikes

There's no job security, you're left on your own after a project finishes off. Lot of office politics and anyone above 9 level - they think they're God. The bench RMs give the least effort and it ends up with no internal project in hand and the HR asks you to resign. They don't even give proper severance, should be debated as per labour law.

There are a few managers in Infra BU who are the worst, don't support, don't let you upskill, and keep on threatening, so be aware of that. There's a lot of partiality and favoritism.

Some get promotions and top talent(Increase in CTC ) every year I don't know how, and some of them are very undervalued. The point is here no one is measuring the appreciations and performance you are giving. 3. Short term projects of 2 or 3 months putting a lot of pressure. 4. They have this fixed policy to enroll in food you can't opt out and the amount they charge for it is huge. 5. N number of components in CTC you will get peanuts as in-hand. 6. I have given my everything to this company worked day and night but still this company is under valuing me a lot. 7.
