Except salary nothing else helps in carrer growth.

1. Leadership is very unsupportive and most of leadership layer is Tam** ,very Baised and cheap work ethics they never let others grow in any way. 2. Fake promises to give promotions and at the end give vague reason as company performance is not great. 3. Work life balance is a myth here. 4. Especially for women few higher ups are very baised and no recognition for work done beyound thier R&R.

Good work-life balance, pay, and other benefits. All team members are smart and extremely helping.

Dislikes

Sometimes the budget is used for unnecessary things or maybe used wrongly, I would suggest using the budget carefully and maybe taking feedback from employees on what they would require to be done with it. This way it's employee employee-first approach.
