The technology that I work on is very new and currently is going to be the standard for future SAP development.

Dislikes

The planning and goals set for a time period are very under estimated, work is hectic because the requirements come at the 11th hour and need to work profusely on weekends also. But again, this all depends on the team you get, others may have a better experience.
