The very best thing I appreciate about ssnc Globeop is the compensation benefits those are truly amazing. Work culture is also good, management is also very supportive.

Dislikes

The thing which I don’t like about SS&C is working hours. You really have to stretch your work hours for around 14 15 hours stretch. Due to which, sometime it lead to health issues.

There is a lot of politics and specially manager doesn't address ur issue to above management,and continue working in Night shift is not good for health, also the expected salary + Night shift allowance is really low. There target is to work on daily Target basis and target will be change everyday i.e: ur teammate is on leave so u have to finish there work as well so ur Target is double, else u'll get single pay for that work.. No overtime but they'll strech ur shift daily 1hr with no Pay. Also Company policies are really complex u'll never found the benefit of employee....Read More

Extreme work pressure extreme. They don’t care if the employee is well or no they would just ask to login and work. Management is terrible. No benefits for employees.

No work life balance. It’s always long working hours min 13-14 hrs daily and pay is not that much like not worth putting in so much of effort working for 13-14 hrs
