It's a good place to work and learn if you're new to the industry. With nice job security the company can guarantee slow growth. For drawbacks I would say you'll have to stretch more than your working hours almost for all departments.

There is no work life balance in the company, also they do not provide any Indian leaves, people have to work in Diwali and other festivals as well, hikes in the salary will be single digit and that is limited to 5 to 8 percent, I do not recommend this company for experienced people to join here for carrear growth.

No motive to work in Globeop for the hikes and bonus they do offer, even though if you have good skill set and knowledge of finance you will be not promoted for higher posted because of inside politics

The only reason I was there so hang around a year was due to my buddy’s support.

Dislikes

The management needs to consider how they dump extra work on the existing people and not consider hireing people for the new clients. It is very stressful for the existing people as they have to work weekends and extended hours without a fair compensation for what they do. Politics was high in my team which was not fair. The on the job training was pathetic in my team.
