The line Managers can sometimes be difficult.

Work life balance is not that good. Always have to log in atleast 1.5 to 2 hrs before official time and log off after official time with no incentives for overtime

As a fresher there’s a lot to learn and seniors do help us.

Sometimes it does get a bit hectic. Also the pay is bit low then industry standards but as a fresher it’s a good stepping stone to build your initial career from here.
