Everything. There is no work life balance, no increment in salary from past 2 years, sometimes working hours extended to 15-16 hours. It depends on project what kinda work culture you will get. I am in a good project so I can say work life balance is good. Management heirarcy is good.

Dislikes

Appraisal system Promotions Appraisal system is weak in here. People don't get good appraisal and promotions even when they are performing good.

Worst company I will not suggest it anyone. The TOM of 3v technical dept is an Idiot very rude , mannerless and wants people to work like machines...even some of the TLs in 3v are idiots NOT ALL... Also they put you action plan and the DAP and then your hard earned Incentives are gone.. It becomes 0 rs...

I will be very frank..The work life balance might differ according to project. For me, Work was never an issue within the project. Its just that you should be knowing what you are doing and you are working as per client requirement. that's what every company wants from you. A perfect CSAT and a supporting manager is an addon. Not every project has this benefit but my manager is very cool he only bothers about if I have delivered the work or not. If not, he will extend his support. Manager cares about the employee and in my past 3 years at TechM, My manager never called me on weekends or forced me to work on weekends. Instead he will say, why you are working on weekend, Do it on weekdays. I am lucky to have manager like him....Read More

Manager is also loaded with work, so bit difficult to take out his time for resource's concern. Rest all really good. One more thing, Office location should be close and should be allocated as per resource's travel feasibility.

Management sucks I was working for 14 to 15 hours on night shifts No appreciation for your Hard work When I was in bench and tried to call and mails to different team(even no response from HR) put no response at all . And so many other shits to complaint.
