Likes: There is nothing to like in tech Mahindra no one will support the agents on floor if there's any TL who supports agents the management will target them and force them to resign. Dislikes: There is no work life balance, They won't even consider you as human they will treat you like slave_s. They won't even give you leaves even if you are sick and have n number of leaves in your bucket. All they need is work, after going through all of this they won't even give a decent hike and promotions to there employees. Very toxic... Read More
