1.Fixed off on Saturday and Sunday. 2.Transport facility is available for pickup and drop.

Trainers are not well trained and Quility team doesn't give any briefing if there is some changes in process. We get to know when client gives the escalations. Did not like the incentive parameters.

Very peaceful environment and u can happily work .there is no pressure and every body mingled with each other ...they don't show authority on us..

Training Time bondings..... floor environment was good... after my TL left the office...it was like hell.

No promotion...no appreciation for your hard work.. They will tell you to terminate in every situation...... whenever you will apply for ijp they will choose their favourite employee which was decided by them.... some Tl is so biased towards there team..... so many parameters you have to achieve everytime

The management the worst behaviour especially the Tl's and AM's even HR department don't know how to respect and employe they are talking very rudely with the employes especially the Google robotics management Don't ever think to join tech Mahindra especially noida branch

Too many reason work life balance was pretty bad due to rotational shifts and week off for leaves we need to apply weeks before still not sure if it will be approved during holiday season and targets were just too much sometimes too achieve!!

I’m not familiar with other campuses, but I worked at the Tech Mahindra campus in HiTech City. The outdoor surroundings, architecture, greenery, plants, swimming pool, and gym were amazing. I absolutely loved it!

Dislikes

I worked in the Verizon chat process, and at the time, I had no idea how the office operated with cheap politics. The IJP rollout was a waste, with fixed promotions and a terrible culture of nepotism and favoritism. No one seems to care as they’re only focused on the numbers. I can't speak for others' experiences, but I believe higher officials need to address these issues and take appropriate action....Read More

I like tech Mahindra because the culture of tech is very good and gain the knowledge of blened process. I am happy to have much skills while working with tech Mahindra.

Dislikes

I got to know after completion of one year with tech Mahindra, there is not salary increment and they do not provide email access after 6 month for work from home candidate, I filled ijp and inform to connect me on my personal email but no response. Overall tech Mahindra is good company and give much skills and enhance the knowledge as well.

As the work place is good spacious and some stress buster games are available on floor .Good to work atmosphere

As some tenure females co employees feel that I went try to ask some doubts feel asking there work as to be sured not to repeat the mistake once done not good helping nature ,bad tl , management all as was part of healtech app Narayana Health hospitals.
