Because it is reputed company.and here working atmosphere is also good no salary issue and now I heard that this company also provided work from home job.i am looking like this job. So I like this company

Some TL s behaviour is very rude.this not appropriate.so I think when company selected teal leader have to observe that this team leader s behaviour with others employees should be good.

Just worst company ever just worst ..I will never suggest anyone (fresher / experience) to work in tech Mahindra special in this customer service domain this is the worst domain ever .. nothing is good ...& Some problem in customer service is worst ..& that is never gonna change ..so go to BT or other companies but never come to tech Mahindra..the worst mnc ever ..
