Waiting for credentials

I have joined TechM 2 weeks back and TechM pm told it will take 1 month to get client/ customer credentials to work on project and meanwhile pm asked what are your strong skills so you can give KT to juniors till getting credentials and may i know will it take 1 month to get credentials and may i know till getting credentials what I need to do if pm is not tagging to anyone and not giving any work
