I'm working with TP for more than 1 and a half year, promotion is predetermined here. There are a lot of dirty politics in TP kolkata same as like Kolkata (politically). Other TP sites are way better than TP Kolkata. Here in Kolkata even if you work in an International process, they'll treat you like domestic process people. For cost cutting they provide one way cab in odd hours. In December and July time they'll make you work for 6 days in a week even if you're in International process....Read More

The things which i liked about the company is their salary for the freshers. Probably the only company to provide ₹22K+/month for freshers. Also the people there are mostly kind and understanding except if the process is horrible.

Dislikes

No work life balance. You will get mostly night shifts as most of the process are US based. Shifts would also change randomly every week. Its possible that you will get only one week off per week due to shift change. In my last working month I got only 4 week offs for the whole month and my shoft changed every week. Food quality is pathetic and also expensive.

Teleperformance hired for Ring Process at Kolkata, Godrej Waterside, while hiring they mentioned there would be transportation provided at least for one side (either pick up or drop), but after joining there is no transportation facility, this company does not keep it's word ******************************* The food at cafeteria costs too much, because they have to extract from employees to keep up the glamour and show off!! ******************************* After joining, first two weeks is Pre-Process Training, during which they would just provide ample number of breaks, and ask you to complete this endless list of trainings using your own phones or devices, this Miser company does not even provide a desktop or laptop to even complete their very own Mandatory trainings!! Highly surprising ******************************** From the 3rd week starts the Process Training which is totally rushed, and appears like they are doing the Training only for the sake of it. 1. Teleperformance hired for a process and while hiring they mentioned there would be transportation to or from office (either one), but once you join and start working with them, there is no transportation. They set the wrong expectations just to somehow hire candidates 2. After joining, 1st 2 weeks they just provide you breaks on breaks, then 3rd week onwards Process Training begins which is rushed and the Training only appears to be a formality. They literally don't care whether employees are able to grasp the concepts, and apply them in real-time scenarios to solve issues. As a result, employees are pressurized and some of them perform badly during certification. 3. This company is totally targeting on killing employees.They don't worry of safety of women ..they voluntarily issue offer letter very late they used to make new female employees wait until 10 without no reason despite them coming to office in the morning 10 am.. They don't care whether employees have reached home or not ..They never know proper guidelines to keep up for their organisation.. Please don't join this company, no safety for girls no freedom no privacy ..Fully they concentrate on them growing ..No team work nothing.. This company is not properly organised.. This company is totally a waste .. I worked in Teleperformance for 2 years after that I server my notice period on good terms and its been 2 months now till now I am not getting my salary FNF amount every do I have to call them my Tl says you I will talk with senior Tl , senior Tl says I will talk with HR , Hr says backend team is working on it , I know it takes 45 days but still now its more than 2 months now and there is no clarification about my salary they say that the data has been deleted after you left then what about my salary 45 days are enough to look into it and give the salary to the ex employee I think this is how you work, I can’t do any other thing but atleast I will make sure to post this on every site...Read More
