Teleperformance Indore didn’t even support the employee as our process got rampdown in the month of April after that COVID-19 as started ... Management dint even think about us ... We were on hold from past 4 month with out salary

Nothing! There is nothing special. It feel like a very cold place to work in no body cares about anyone.

Dislikes

Any things that is related to employee comfort comes at the bottom list of the management. Zero budgets for awards recognition No proper structure for promotions. No steady flow of clients. They often loose clients very quickly and there is no scope for keeping the employees on bench. High level of micro management. Very low spending on IT infrastructure as often hr portals, insurance portals, salary info portals are not working....Read More

Tele performance don't have value of real employees. I really work hard but for this company. But when i resign they start their toxic behaviour they harrass to me very much when i resigned specially quality specialist lejith aachari and his co worker and also Team leader.

I know the process and I don’t want to quit because of my friends as they all are working with me.

Dislikes

The payroll is very low according to work. As other companies provide good payroll and this is the main reason that tenure’s choose to quit the job after few months as other companies pay them with 33K ctc plus extra 1500 for cab expenses. Team leaders do not know how to handle agents in the work load. They just target some agents in front of manager’s for getting promotions. I do want to work in the company but the payroll is less so I am thinking to change the company as well....Read More
