Need Insights – Choosing Between Companies
Hi all, Currently have offers from Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, LTIMindTree, Zen&Art, CitiusTech, Nagarro & Persistent. Before making a decision, I need some clarity: 1. Do you get admin access on laptop or need IT for every install? 2. Are office hours flexible or fixed 9 AM login? 3. Is 9 hrs of active laptop time mandatory? 4. What's the leave policy — casual or strict approval? 5. Do projects use the latest technologies or older versions? Thanks in advance!

Managers are horrible, acts very diplomatic, toxic culture, lot of resignation, always hiring, other than salary on time nothing is good, employees try to insult each other and managers make them do this to the targetted employees. If you don't follow them blindfolded you will be in deep trouble, managers try to coverup mistakes of favorite employees and highlight targetted employees unnecessarily . Lot of falsification before joining and you are trapped after joining in terms of JD they confuse you, horrible culture

Dislikes

There is some serious problem else so many resignations won't happen, proper investigation should be done specifically in Kolkata campus, team leads and managers have politician mindset more than employee mindset, state local people are supported more and more who are in good books by doing nonsense others are completely suppressed

...t job on the whole. If you will ask, they will say that you're already overpaid. If you manage to get the salary you want in starting, then after 5 years, you can expect a 10% hike in your salary.

You can get promoted if you know how to do corporate politics You might find good friends due to trauma bonding

Dislikes

Salary is not as per market standards. They do not provide you any reason for providing you hike and promotion , the management take the decision , the reason for the decision making on what hike to give a person remains unknown . Cannot leave a project , you would have to quit the job or face a lot other repercussion in the process of leaving a project voluntarily . No flexibility in that sense. . Cannot change your domain . Company is full of politics . No other perks , no benefits , the medical insurance policy is also not good ( any claim is bound to be rejected ) . A lot of old managers with old way of thinking .
