There is a decent WLB, although it depends a lot on the project. You may get a chance to work on multiple areas, depending on your relations with manager and vertical lead.

Dislikes

Compensation is not as per the industry standards and growth is very slow. There is considerable amount of politics which influences promotions and other opportunities.

Likes

Get to work on projects for good companies. This gives an overall exposure into some of the biggest businesses around the world

Dislikes

1. Compensation is very poor 2. No work life balance 3. No policy for over-time work 4. No policy for late night shifts 5. No additional benifits 6. No additional gifts / bonuses / cheers points for festivals etc.

the culture, ambience and work space is excellent and is very diverse. The salary is also very fair and working as a consultant at this company is really a very good chance and very good opportunity. I really like to work here.

the salary is very good and is high, i barley have any dislikes of this company. overall amazing

1. Work life balance - although it varys from project to project but most folks have good WLB 2. Strong internal shared services 3. Good avenues to upskill - Free Udemy access (not all courses but there are more than enough), internal knowledge base, business unit sponsored certifications which are expensive outside 4. Job security - Since it is a big firm, layoffs are not very common

Dislikes

1. Poor Pay and Benefits - this is expected as they charge very less for the projects compared to other companies which pay more 2. Quality of work for a Consultant - Zero strategy is required, all are implementation projects for which someone has already given strategy 3. Slow growth - From what I have seen, at least 3 years are needed for promotion

Likes

...that it is a lean organization, so less people, less politics, and good culture. The work life balance and compensation are also very good.

Dislikes

Fixed long-duration projects. You can say that it lies somewhere in between a Consulting Firm and an IT Company.
