Dislikes

Low salary. Extremely delayed promotions. Extremely low variable payout. Unethical seniors- often false promises of promotion and onsite are offered to allure employees in joining project. Long working hours expectation. Supervisors call you at unearthly hours. Goals and Attributes are set at the last moment during appraisal time and often set as per the decision made on your band. If a low band is decided for you, then un realistic goals are set for you. Highly demotivating work environment.

Senior resource will only get 20-30% variable pay. In general forget the variable pay then your annual CTC will be 2 lakhs less if you are getting higher package. HR's and management treat people like school. Toxic culture Skill mismatch- They are doing it purposefully because that'll make you loose your confidence then people won't go to other companies

...m. they dont give value for the employee carrier they just want their billing . I found there is no carrier growth technically because they will allocate the project which are irrelevant to our core skills they is no hikes , i don't see any hike for my salary for last 4 years and nowadays they are not paying variable pay RMG is not allow to tag to right projects where we get onsite opportunities
