No or least salary increment as compared to any other tech companies. No flexibility to work from home or no flexibility to apply leaves even in an emergency personal situation. Resource Management and HR teams is too poor in leveraging candidates skill set according to their job profile. HR and RMG discussion is one sided without any consideration of the candidate's exigency.

Human Resource is a big pain. You can not get a convincing reply. They always sound like chatbot and hopefully will be the very first to be replaced by AI. Offshore people are all lazy and procrastinate. There is nobody to look upto for inspiration. There is no motivation to grow or to achive anything professionally. People here are always busy working, but still accomplish nothing.
