...for a girl to work there. In total working at tech m is an worst experience... The mangement will make to you to work for 12hrs and will fail to pay for you OT period. The management will never permit you to take leave even at an critical situation or life thretening situation. You will be theretened to be fired out of job.

Especially the managent who cared about peeping into employees personal life. The managenent lacks professionalism.

Seriously nothing much. The Performance Incentive is not appropriate.

Salary and Appraisal. After working 2 Years I got 24000 as the appraisal. Which means 24000/2 = 12000 which means 1000 rupees exact. This is not the full amount again. When received by performance incentive it becomes 700 or 800. Seriously their is no growth.

A lot much learning opportunities with the help of customers and trainers. Lot much IJP options are available.

Most IJPs opportunities are for south india, salary issues are there every month, environment from the management and HR is not so serious

No likes as of now at client location. The company is interested only in billing. The client treats employees as sl*v*s.

...e favourites of management get off on weekend if you are in rotational shift. 3. They provide only yearly salary breakup in your offer letter. No monthly salary breakup is provided. The real game is hidden in variable pay. What they promise, they never give you in your net take home salary. 4. Promotion, 5. Job Security, 6. Skill Development all depends on who is management's favourite. Same as in the most of the organizations. 7. You re doing repeatedly the same useless tasks and the management is there to make your life more miserable by giving you more and more meaning less tasks just to keep client happy to show them that employees are always busy.

Job job security, they terminate for a minor company issue as the employer was not responding to their BGV email where I worked 10 years before !!!don't join this company!! All the things told you at the time of joining were totally false !!
