...tarted salary with less package those will never get salary for Market standard. Only people are working in Bangalore they are getting good salary package. There is biasedness in the Management level. I asked for career band hike so, Ravi Kumar Vade Lakshmanrao throw me out from the team by sending me to other team. When other team was member Sneha Prakash Revankar not taking me in to her team. It should be the policy I will back to my original team. But Ravi has backfill my position and his boss told it is a cost optimization for that guy who has almost 5 years experience getting in hand 25000 salary with 395390 package. What a great work culture, don't come in Wipro guys... And also don't stay for longer period of time.

Nothing is good here the leadership which is left in doesn't have any business idea, there are no reviews, no employee interaction contracts are followed as per customers wish , contracts are so genral 1 size fits all. So what I like is people who do not want to work can

So many things , salary and tricks not to give rise, age old employees who have non idea because they are there because of erstwhile senior employees leaving, there is silent racism in europe , code of conduct takes no action . Favorites never turn up to work despite wfo policy, business HRs do not understand industry requirement , incompetent overtime compensation and comp off policy. I hope you get this it is not vendetta but reality

Reporting manager always get hyper and warning every time to fire you. If you ask for salary increment after completing 1 year or 2 year. No proper Training provided, and you will be asked to do research or search on Google. There is no scope for a new employee to learn and grow in your career. However, if you want to work for 10 years without asking Salary hike and enjoy buttering your Manager. Then, This company is a good employer for you.
