Few accounts are really good, depending on customers. On-site and good hikes will be provided. You have to be destined to get into those accounts

Few accounts are pathetic, no process People driven, no ethics or professionalism displayed by people up the ladder also. Infra has become pathetic though they started Hybrid as mandatory. Public toilets are far better. No market correction for salaries. Example: 4 years in Wipro with 4% hike… 1% hike per year is something I’ll leave for your imagination despite good ratings. Promotion is a mystery here. As an organisation it is not doing good for an employee perspective....Read More

Company wise it is good. Medical policy is good.Projects mostly support and development and less implementation projects.

Your fate depends on your project you are assigned to. Less hikes Variable payout less for C1 and above bands. Less or no team lunch/outing

I last 4 years wrost experience in wipro in every level.

Dislikes

Everyone should consider Wipro as a backup, if not able to get offer from anywhere then only plan to join Wipro at wrost case. Here the Managers are reall WORSTEST for the IT job. Only based on long service period they got promoted except this their brain are wrost than a donkey.
