    Working 12 hrs a day without any appraisal, bonus and any other benefit. Management force you to work 12-14 hours a day. Give u 2-3 people work to one person and said dont have budget to hire new employee. Dont give leaves.

    Wipro had good work policy all these time which changed recently. It gave me almost 3 years of work from home giving me flexibility and time to focus on myself as well.

    Dislikes

    Policy changed. Work life balance is growing to worst. They kept my salary on hold for multiple times without informing me multiple times. And hike system is beyond terrible now.
