Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - First they had shortlisted my resume through consultant.
Since, this was projects role which I am passionate about it, Even though I had experience of 3 years, I accepted to proceed this junior level role.
External consultant called on May 14 2021 discussed about the job description and other things. After that, they called on June 18th again to check my availability for interview.
They had asked me to fill 4 pages of hand written bio data with all personal details as well along with color personality test. (Don't know what they assessed with that)
On June 21st 2021, They had conducted an interview for this post with project manager and HR manager. Interview was a basic one with lots of typical interview questions. And there was no such thing like tough questions. It went very casual.

After that, On 25th Jun 2021, Consultant had informed about next stage of hiring process. i.e. Communication test which contains five innovative business proposals for Jayanti group, two paragraph types and prepositions.

On 2nd July 2021, HR manager asked about the salary as I cleared all the rounds. After discussion, My expectation and their package were almost similar. So, the discussion ended

On 4th July 2021, HR manager again called me that I had to work as a trainee for 6 months before getting an advertised designation. After that, there was no response from their side.
I would like to ask following questions to Management:
If you are hiring for trainee roles, Why can't you inform in the first place?
They just wasted my time during this pandemic time.
And being a Six sigma black belt with 3 years experience in International location, How could you even think of asking me to work as a trainee after interview?
I don't know whether they assessed the profile or not? Just because they are not able to pay what they promised, They rejected this way.
Do you guys even know what is professionalism?

Today(08/07/2021), I came to know, they hired a candidate already for this position. That made me to write this experience.
People may think, I wasted my time by writing this Interview experience, But sometimes we need to make sure another candidate should not suffer like me.
