Generally speaking, as I am working on multiple projects, I have to manage both project's clients. I have to prioritize the issues and need to work on them.The manager is helping me to prioritize the issues.

I really enjoying the culture and team spirit in the organization. I really like the online training/course conducted by the organization which helps to improve my technical knowledge.

I am working as developer in IDC Consumer Engagement team. Few of my tasks are bit challenging which helps to improve my technical kills. I see transparency with in my peers which is eases my work. I really get support from my management.
