High Salary and RSUs are actually counter productive for effective work environment. Everyone self centered -no team environment; no collaboration; no sharing of even simple information. Their PIP (pivot) is pure blackmail by manager and peers to keep on putting on toe -but with unclear expectations. As sales guy expectations not clear ever -not just on new wins -rather on pushing new services to the customer -where even not applicable. All trade shows, blogs, certificates -not related to day to day work - Advice -set the expectation clear and consistent. Environment is like poker table in casino -people grumpy, depressed and lost. One can settle for 70% of the salary but good work culture elsewhere happily....Read More
