Before Covid Company used to give importance to employees as well after Covid employees are least important they prioritize Customers over everything.

Dislikes

No worklife balance, the culture has become toxic. Management needs employees to work more than expected impress higher management. The goals are not aligned to the regular day to day work, need to do extra work which most of the employees do not have time to achieve them due to time constraint.

Pls do not join for TAM role. There is no time for family. You will not be mentally free. Pages in night and weekend. Multiple internal tools to update for same data. So called leaders are not leading. Worst role to be a TAM in here. Meaningless internal processes consume most of time. Need to keep your ESM and Sr. ESM happy. No amount of work is enough. Internal tasks and meetings are more important that customers meeting. Many time , you would be made to feel useless....Read More
