Senior are good , Managers always push to learn new technologies as well as they provide session of new technologies on weekly basis to keep updated with the world and for career perspective. Atos mostly provide new opportunities internally. Learn new technologies and boom you are now recognized. Best work place.

Work Details

Best workplace, They have a tie up with percipio so whatever you want to learn you can visit percipio and free trainings available. Even Manager provide technical trainings weekly basis, someday it is about SharePoint or Office 365 or SCCM / Intune.

Work policy: 5 days in a month work from office. Rest of the days you can work from home

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Very pathetic management. Freshers are being treated very poorly. There is no appraisal till they complete their bond of 2 years. Employees are treated according to their levels and provided facilities or assets (laptop, headphones,etc) according to that. Campus hires please don't join Atos/ Eviden. HR rules are very partial. When it comes to skill development, I would rate it average because depending upon the account or project you get, your growth and learning curve depends. My current role does not offer much scope. It's not bad but will surely put you in comfort zone and if you are not pro-active with your line manager about this and do not seek for different projects from time to time, you will feel stunted.
