Job security has become a burning issue here. You can't even guess which will be your last day. Work culture is good as long as your process manager understand their associatias. Company policies are good and and are in favor of business ethics.

Dislikes

In some process work life balance is on toss. Sr management doesn't care of associates and doesn't even meet their teams to understand the challenges. Automation is another reason for illegal layoffs.

It might be a good organization for the freshersto gain some first hand knowledge but experienced candidate should look for other opportunities.

Dislikes

The work life balance is terrible. One will be made to work even for 15-16 hours but will not be paid overtime. Every associate is assigned different clients and work in a tight schedule so creating backup for an associate for any contingency is practically Impossible. From the skill development prospective there is nothing useful one can learn here other than downloading and uploading system generated files and navigating ADP Globalview platform. This is the reason why attrition rate is very high in ADP. Data security is a myth here and the control mechanism is totally ineffective. The top leadership is also very hash for the subordinates....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
