Dislikes

Pretty much every thing apart from security and salary. But I cannot put this on entire company could be issue with my project. There is one issue, which is related to internal job postings. many have mentioned that people are already fixed before attending interview and interviews for different roles are kept just for formality.

We can expect good perks in Legato and comfort working culture and more benefits. Cab and food will free of charge (depends on shift). Shift allowances or overtime work will be paid in good perks.

Dislikes

Hike will be less, and management is not much friendlier towards employees. Less visibility to learn new things and initiate new opportunities. No more valid IJP for seniors. Managment will not let employees to handle new tasks or appreciate to do challenging activities.
