My team was too good and moreover I had good learning oppurtunites with awesome work life balance. hike will be good enough but not satisfactory. management doesnt think to make normalisation as per to market standards. and moreover getting leaves is same as asking someone's kidney.

Dislikes

compensation not as per to market standards, no onsite, leave policy is hillarious

CGI is a good company for experienced professionals. They will get what they expect.

Dislikes

For freshers, It is the worst company. People are thrown to projects which doesn't have any scope in future and aren't released when the tenure expires . The salary and hike is also so less.
