Poor increments, average salary and delayed promotions owning to internal budget issues. Out here South Indians hold all key positions and are preferred over other zone employees for opportunities, increments and promotions. Laterals hired recently are getting paid more salary then long term loyal employees owning to dissatisfaction and frustration at work.
