I had a disappointing experience at this organization due to several major concerns. The HR department, led by Tejashree, appears to hold all the authority, with minimal involvement or decision-making from managers or team leads during the on-role process. Salaries are extremely low, comparable to housekeeping staff, which does not reflect the effort and responsibilities employees take on. Additionally, the work environment lacks professionalism and structure. VP Parimal Deshpande often makes irrelevant references to movies and web series, which contributes to a lack of seriousness in workplace discussions. There is poor communication between departments, and employees are frequently treated as errand runners rather than valued team members. Work is not properly documented via email, leading to delays and inefficiencies. Work-life balance is virtually nonexistent, and the company’s exit policies are highly unprofessional. Experience letters and certificates are either delayed or not provided, and when they are, employees are unfairly given low ratings despite strong performance. Working at Cloudstrats was a nightmare. The toxic environment and mismanagement were unbearable. On January 4, 2024, the innovation team was placed on Performance Improvement Plans without prior warnings, in violation of company policy. Responses to HR emails were ignored, and paychecks were delayed, with unjustified salary deductions during the PIP period. Under HR manager Tejashree, the company's situation worsened. She targeted employees based on their job search activities, leading to mass resignations and a hostile work environment. On January 13, 2024, a humiliating event occurred where employees were forced to write apology letters before being publicly fired and escorted out without their belongings. Cloudstrats shows a complete disregard for employee well-being. Potential job seekers should avoid this company to protect their professional growth and mental health. The only pro of joining this company is that you will appreciate the culture of any other company in the world. Its as bad as it can get here.

Where to start, okay, I am assuming that u may have received an offer of internship / Full time role in either Delhi or in Mumbai office. The work hours are strict, and when I say its strict it means 9 Hours every Monday to Saturday, that means, if you leave office in 8 hours 59 mins, you will be given loss of pay. ( not even half day is considered) They say, the salary comes on 10th of each month, but even in best of months, it doesn't come before 19th. Since last 3 months they have been paying salary on 25th of the subsequent month. EG :- the November month salary is paid on 25th of December. Every other employee in this company is frustrated and tired of the culture, the founder, and the HR. The HR here is non existent when it comes to solving any issues. They fired an employee on the day of the joining. I mean, which person in sane mind does that. Leaves are hard to get, if you join here, you would be kept in probation for first 6 months, and in this 6 months, you aren't given any holiday, no sick leaves, no paid leaves and no work from home. There are 3 dogs in the office, one of which has bitten close to 6 people, and they have a free reign in the entire office floor. there are unfriendly policies like sandwich leaves which makes the company a bad one to work with. Remunerations are close to non existent. I have seen employees travel for work by paying out of their own pocket and later fighting with the HR as to why they are not getting the money back. All in all, please don't join this company even if this is the only offer you have. Put in some more time into self development and join a company that cares. Don't join this company....Read More
