Work from home is good step.

Dislikes

Company is not winning enough deals and there is cost cutting everywhere. Firing of employees is happening and managers are forced to give names of low performers just to meet bell curve and employees at the lower end of bell curve are terminated.

Very good at job security in recent times even with global pandemic and layoffs happening all around. Also, has a positive culture with people first policy and moving towards best company. Learning is given good importance and will be provided with tools and opportunities

Dislikes

Packages and growth are slow comparatively and no so much openness in internal movement thought it will be published they are open
