Pathetic Appraisal and promotion policies. Won't increase your salary, won't leave you early if you have an offer. Managers are entitled pricks and not leaders. They will extract the last drop out of you for work, but will cry about policy paralysis when you ask them for help. Had Good learnings for me as a worker, faced 3rd rate management as a subordinate. Wish i could give a negative rating for promotions and hikes. Management is high on the power of their position, and turn a blind eye towards employee's problems....Read More
