I joined here as a fresher and I have trained on so many technologies and finally I got into a good project. There is no bench period here. Hike for us is better than top mnc companies and many companies as well. Work-life is so balanced.

They assign clients to you after that you are on your own and mainly how is your client. If client terminates you then Innova doesn't retain you even for a week. They also terminate you.

The salary hikes are inadequate and the experienced salaries are not aligned with market standards. There is a lack of recognition and appreciation for the work done. Cost-cutting measures are excessive, even for basic needs. Opportunities to learn new technologies or rotation between projects are minimal. Complaints are not taken seriously if it involves key resources, they are are even allowed to disregard corporate ethics.
