1. Management is worst, don't know resource management 2. They basically over hire resources , and within 1 year they terminate the people 3. They do hire and fire policy, initially they will hire for a temporary project of 6-8 months, after completion of the project they will fire u. 4. Whoever coming from non automotive C++ background don't think of joining here only because of salary. 5. I know someone with 18+ yoe architect was hired only to stay in bench for 1 year and that guy got fired. 6. Even though resources are available in bench with required skillset they will over hire from outside and they terminate internal resources. 7. Those who are coming from C++ background be ready u have to clear coding test with 80% marks once in a quarter to survive in the company, else u will be fired. 8. They will ask for developer profile to do testing and documentation works....Read More

Not a review, just want to share something as it might help others while taking career decision, as their recruiting team just says flashy things and doesn't tell you these. This is specially for C++ developers, know this before you join, all are treated like freshers and they create batches like school(even 15+ yr exp), they shareonline video trainings, they provide no help, no respect or individual value it's just marks you take matters, they conduct regular team meetings to discuss your marks with all. once you are in, you have to clear multiple assessments, you are expected to clear proctored coding tests to get into projects, typically hackerrank kind of difficult coding games. Talking about trust level, Even a web cam enabled face movement monitored test they want you to take in office meeting room so that you won't cheat, So a company thinks it is a good idea to embrass people every week to take these tests and clear. You won't be encouraged to learn, no positive push, rather company follows shaming culture in case of failed attempts, no job security, pathetic corporate culture, if you are ok with above you can join....Read More
