Work location: Initially they will say permanent work from home make you join, once done you will come to know there is no such policy right now in Nagarro.Earlier it was there. Project duration: Mostly Ultra short term projects I can say maximum time is 6months. Bench period: Actual game starts when you are on bench, you will get calls from different projects but interviews won’t get scheduled,but those opportunities will be count as your failures by HR. The moment when you start your bench period in Nagarro they will force you to relocate to Bangalore , Mumbai etc. Literally zero projects for Java in Hyderabad.Even if you agreed for working from client location but no chance of getting projects in Hyderabad. Compensation: Variable pay has two components which you will get to know after joining from collegues , nothing mentioned in offer letter , one depends on project allocation, you will get that when you are tagged to project only. Second one depends on company performance which has ambitious target of 15% growth for every quarter, hence you won’t get this component also. So total variable pay is in danger here. Appraisal/Hike: From last two years no hike at all and I heard people will get promotions without hike but I’m not confirming this since I haven’t experienced it. Please make yourself comfortable with above things before joining Nagarro.Good luck!!!...Read More

Nagarro was a gem when I joined in 2012. I learned a lot in Nagarro and spent a good amount of time in Nagarro. I got good growth and learning before COVID but after COVID company situation got worse.

Dislikes

Bad managers/Directors/Sr Directors. Favoritism (lala company) No designated work No good projects. There is no work related to designation. Only Lala chooses a favorite resource on the top (even he/she has knowledge of not) and trusts him/her only. I challenge if you can do anything on this. No good appraisals, even part of excellence, work day and night for project and company work. Talent is leaving. Many talented people leave due to favoritism/hikes/job security/no future vision. HR is just a puppet. It is hard to get response first from HR. They never point out management even on muiptle people's complaints. Completely Client driven company. There is a complete hirerchy of Sr management but still they have no power to control. No wellbeing culture. Only top to bottom feedback. Project change so difficult. Now Job security big concern Focus on Only AI AI AI, nothing else. No workshops, no projects. Company issues, BU issues, project issues Company should start bottom to top feedback as well. Hopefully many sr management people will come on line or company will get good picture :)...Read More

Earlier it was fun working in Nagarro when employee strength was around 800-1000 but from when company increased it employee strength lot of toxic people hired on the manager level. I had been working with them for 4 yrs now but been paid 4x lower package. The CEO call himself Human but isn't this inhuman to take advantage of honest laborious people if they had not been very smart in negotiations or facing something to bad in their personal life.
