If you have a good project and manager then all things are good here.

Dislikes

- Bench policies If you are on bench for more than 6 months they will fire you. Currently they don't have much projects and large no. Of employees are on bench so project assignment is very difficult and if you are on bench so there is no job security. Project allocation - if the project is assigned to you then you have to take this either it is good or bad you don't have choice. Just for formality they give you option for reject proposal but it is useless at last you have to take the project. If you land on a bad project or project manager is toxic then your life already ruined. You have to give the interviews again again untill you assigned to a project and after release from the project process will repeat. Their internal interviews are more difficult than client interview. They will reject you for the non sense reasons....Read More
