Being my first ever job in IT that too in HR designation, I had no idea what to expect for. But upon joining here, I was so happy of the fact that the seniors of mine, technically the "boss", they were so supportive and caring. For any issues I faced, I had Mr. Subir Borai the founder of the company has had guided and helped me. From the security officer to the top, I received no negative attitude ever! I am thankfull for this experience I had working their. One thing I loved the most, was even if you are an employee, if you want to go for higer studies or need career guidance, they help and guide. It may sound odd, but I really disliked nothing about my job role, the salary that was provided, the environment that I worked in and people I got as my seniors or peers.
