You are not safe whatever they say . All hiring for clients , sadly once project ends you are gone. Don’t join any kochi teams , managers are toxic.. they expect you to work for 10 hours and not take sick day also . Waste retail client especially. Bench period is 1-2 months , then you are forced to resign.

I don't like anything for UST Global as this company is not responsible. They will conduct fake interview and unnecessary waste candidate time.

This company's HRs are very careless. They are not responsible and will not respond candidate call. Job security and company culture is very bad. If anyone want to destroy their career they can join this company. No career growth, no hike, no promotion, no job security, no HR response.

Dont join this organization looking for guidewire opportunities. They will simply put you in PwC as a contractor in a legacy project. The work would be repeatitive with no support from your parent company and on top of that they will keep nagging you with screening candidates for their non existent roles to maintain market presence

HR Management is biased and they don't care about employees and they are fur towards the founders related community and very difficult to survive other community resources. At onsite, they are misusing the H1B resources to work on multiple engagements without valid amendments
