The company does not value its employees. There is excessive work pressure, very limited break time. Whenever employees raise concerns or report issues, they are often told, 'If you can’t manage, you’re free to leave — many people come for interviews every day.' Such an attitude creates a toxic and unsupportive work environment.". Not recommended for those seeking a healthy work-life balance.

Everything is so good but when it comes to the appraisal it is not up to the mark.

WNS is good company for those who are looking stable job, desk job with less pressure & fair salary compared to market standards. If you live in Tier2,3 cities, then WNS salary is sufficient as compared to other companies. As well you have less pressure, 5 days working, etc. You will get time for you & your family.

Dislikes

There are no rotational shifts. And slow growth in BPM sector in terms of Salary. Employees are working on same salary for 3 years. Salary hike & incentives are not sufficient.
