Hi All, Right now I was working in a Good construction company with Medium range salary with good working culture and supporting seniors and colleagues who supported me in tough situations, but my financial situation is too worse I am in a position that I am unable manage my monthly expenses and Loans, literally lost all my respect among family members. Now I got an offer from India's top construction company with approx salary hike of 35%. Someone already informed to management that I am planning to leave even before I got my offer.Now they keep on asking me to stay back and whatever be the financial situation they will sort out. I am unable to take decision that I have to accept the offer and move or stay with my current organisation. Please suggest
