I woukd not recommend Accenture to anyone. Don't go by fake brand value. Work life balance is terrible here. You will be stressed most of the time! The company is employing cheap tactics like PIP on mass scale during Covid 19 & targeting employees who are on probation as an easy pray to fire during Covid 19. Imposing PIP on new joiners who are on probation citing stupid reasons & teaming up with HRs to ensure smooth ' elimination of liability'( Yes employee not an asset rather a liability during Covid 19). An employee who speaks against manager/ supervisor is identified & targeted for months to ensure he/ she lands into a PIP & gets eliminated from Accenture with swift actions from HR side!!...Read More

I have good teammates who are really very supportive in all ways. Every thing depends on the project/client you are assigned to, like the hours you have to spend in office, or the type of work etc. as different clients have different requirements and expectations. But being specific about my project, things are totally cool.

Dislikes

I really don't have points where I can say that I dislike Accenture except the cafeteria food which is totally pathetic.

Work Details

I am a java developer and in my team all the tasks that comes is assigned equally. We help each other in case of any difficulties. The key point is just keep delivering your work and enjoy your time in what ever way you want.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
