Overall Good company compared to Indian counterparts. But still needs some improvements in few areas. Pros: - Good WLB - Good Pay and Increament - Good employee benefits and policies - They trust their employees

Cons: - Variable Payout is a joke - Little concern over Job Security - No onsite opportunity

The work culture isn't that good. Attitude of employees are grave with too much hierarchy followed.
