Working hours is general shift in my project. In my project, it's very flexible with leaves, take it by informing supervisor whenever required.

Dislikes

Only one day once a week, work from office policy as of now, due to which I have to stay in Kolkata by renting a flat with my friends. This makes difficult for me to take care of my family and my dependent parents. I cannot take care of personal things which includes visiting government offices and banks as I'm staying in Kolkata and those I have to do in my home town. Tried to talk to HR by raising my concers over email, but it was of no help. I requested to make it flexible (4 cumulative days in a month), they denied. Moreover the Sick Leave policy here is followed as per WB government labour commission policy where half pay is deducted if SL is applied for a day. So, the employees of Accenture Kolkata doesn't apply SL(maximum)....Read More
