The current team & people I a aligned with are quite open & honest. Like working with them. There are ample opportunities for one to explore various industries to get an experience of how each business works. Learning initiatives & access to licenses are quite great & also support for higher distant learning courses from universities (reimbursable with 2 year lock 50% +50% ). As of now flexible WFH but this depends on the team you are aligned....Read More

Dislikes

The growth in terms of climbing up the ladder is a bit slower compared to startups & other firms. Lot of hierarchy & procedure. The salaries compared to industry standards are well below average. They do pay well for extraordinary talent but for a similar skill sets one would definitely be valued much more outside Accenture.
