This is one of the best companies I have worked with. Learning and growth opportunity is high. I believe if you are in accenture you are not a mediocre, that's why they chose you. They pay you well.

Dislikes

The only thing which I would like Accenture to improve is work life balance. Yes I learnt a lot, but what is the benefit of learning and earning so much, if I can't enjoy my free time, my weekends, my evenings with my friends and family.

Great learning and great colleagues to work with. Overall very nice experience if you are looking forward to nourish your career.

Dislikes

The big challenge I faced here is senior management at times turning deaf ears to employee woes. Work hours is 9 hrs + 1 hr for breaks. If you are using company transport, they keep a huge buffer of 30 mins for logins and logouts.
