Work culture, Good samartians will support if you are dedicated to work.

Dislikes

Very poor in people management not sure about other process or departments. But worst in HC management. Need to focus else may be a lose performers who is performing good. Barricades are supporting their own people including for next level promotions and hike including job security else, if there is no openings they will call you and say nice knowing you.

Good company , we get good bonuses and perks and salary hike is also good annually as compared to other company.

Dislikes

What I dislike is there is no Job security, if one wants to change process and learn new things. It's a bit struggle to get into diff deal. Ijp thing doesn't work accurately. some projects people are being randomly put in PIP and forced to resign or else they will handover termination with no experience letter . And now Redep thing is highly ongoing process if their attrition level is high, they purposely putting employees in redep and now Redep policy is if we get other process in 45 days then fine. If not then one has to say bye bye to Accenture with no reason. No work life balance , if one is not comfortable with night shiftsfor some strong reason , instances, she is in motherhood phase, or suffering any illness , then they put in redep n ask to leave process or no action is taken and at the end one has to leave Accenture ....Read More
