It’s quite disappointed for those who all are in level 13. Its hard to switch to another level and also compensation differs. Requesting that 12 and 13 are equal and do not differentiate with compensation.

While Accenture offers great learning opportunities and exposure to diverse projects, one thing I’ve found challenging is the delay in promotions or role changes, even when performance and interest align. At times, internal processes can be slow, which may affect career growth and transitions. However, I’ve always tried to stay focused on learning and contributing effectively despite such hurdles.
