Your experience in Accenture completely depends on your project and the management handling that project. In the project that I've been working in management has been very supportive of my career aspirations and stress a lot on trainings. I had a good time working in Accenture.

Compensation - they would rather hire new resources for higher compensation than retaining their old employees for the same compensation.

If you get good projects and managers then only its good for you

Dislikes

Lots of people are getting fired on the name of pip. Also, no increments this year. Very poor project managements. Some US based project managers are very outspoken and they don't know even how to behave. Some managers from local indian clients are doing so much micro management

Accenture used to be a good organisation with good work culture and would provide pretty good to the employees workifor it. Post pandemic since a year ots no more the situation now. As everyone knows the target is to lay off 18k people in India in 18 months which is an ongoing process and on top of that there has been no increment since 2023 to any employees. The promotions are less and only way to get hikes is through promotions. The hikes are like now TCS or infosys. Also atleast in TCS, Infy, Wipro etc you have chances to ho onsite but in Aacentire onsite opportunities are rare. Work pressure is extreme...Read More
