Accenture has fantastic policy of equality and yes they practice what they preach. Great and supportive work culture. Activities like fun friday gives great start to the weekend. One of the coolest office you will ever work in. Great ambience. Accenture welcomes with happy welcome kit and keep that going with diwali hampers and Christmas goodies and retention bonus. Dislikes

Accenture provides competitively less remuneration to entry level employees. There’s a bit more struggle in terms of work and increment bonus and promotions for lower job bands.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
